Hehe, 

Leaving the house armed and going  for a coffee visit.

Just arrived and a notification comes>>> alarm!!!

So going home find house completely illuminated and curtains open. (not bad)

After seeing the debug log the motion sensor dinning room caused the alarm.

No body at home no pets mmmhhh.

New dish wasser???

If dish wasser is ready the door opens and some steam will come out.

Others I cant think of something else.

Will fit a wall plug between socket so he will switch off if house will be armed.

All with all a nice lesson,

I can think on additional reason why it has been activated... a fly (or any other flying bug)  and I don't joking.

If a fly "lands" directly on the sensor it could be activated also (happened to me). In my case I have reduced the sensitivity of the sensor, but "big  butterfly" will activate the sensor almost at any sensitivity.
