Hi,

FIBARO Support would like to investigate the case, so please send  them an email at [email protected]

Make sure to include these details in your message:

- date in the system

- connection type (dhcp/static)

- firmware version and serial number of the gateway

Furthermore, please let the team know if is it possible to access the gateway locally when remote access crashes:

Please login or register to see this link.

If local access is not available, which of the diodes are on?

If the gateway crashes and there is any error message (e.g. 503), but you can see it in your local connection, please download gateway logs.

<gateway ip>/api/service/logsDump authorized by the gateway admin

e.g. 192.168.6.12/api/service/logsDump

Make sure to send the logs in the email as well.
