Missing device (Aeotec door sensor Get 6) in scene builder (graphic blocks)

Hi all,

 

I was wondering if someone could help me out. I've an Aeotec door/window sensor 6. I had to reinstall it into the Home Centre 2 (4.570 firmware), and I can't seem to find it in the Block scene editor to add to my scenes. I can see it fine in the devices page and it seems to be working.

 

I noted that it is also showing up "Unconfigured" as well. Has that got something to do with it?

 

I've attached a couple of screen caps.

 

Any advice greatly appreciated.

I have the same issue and I definitely thinks it's related to the device being "not configured" as I have other Aeotec Window door Sensors that are exactly the same and they all work and they are all "configured".  Just need to know how to configure the device as everything I have tried hasn't worked.
