    I want to turn on lights when it get to dark

    It doesn't work for me either It works when I run the scene manually.

    I use lux in combination with movement. When movement and lux too low, then turn on the lights. That works fine, because there is a significant trigger of movement and you can read out the lux as a secondary condition. On lux only I don't think it can work, because then the lux measurement should be nearly realtime.

    when I make the curtain to open can you put it in the same Scene or do you have to make a new one?

    You open the curtains in the morning, I would use a separate (block) scene
