Application is not compatible with Huawei phone

One of our users has a little problem with the system. He has a HUAWEI P20 lite (Model number: ANE-LX1) smart phone. A few mounths ago, he downloaded the app, and it worked. But.. he got an software update( EMUI 9.1.0. (DT. HUN 9.1.0.5 (CT)), and now it's not working. He deleted it, and tried to downloaded again, but now he can't because the store (android or play or huawei, don't know which one he use) said , that the program is uncompatible with his phone. Does anyone has know, what can i do ?

@levi_immonova, and are you able to install any other application from Google Play?
