Application is not compatible with Huawei phone

One of our users has a little problem with the system. He has a HUAWEI P20 lite (Model number: ANE-LX1) smart phone. A few mounths ago, he downloaded the app, and it worked. But.. he got an software update( EMUI 9.1.0. (DT. HUN 9.1.0.5 (CT)), and now it's not working. He deleted it, and tried to downloaded again, but now he can't because the store (android or play or huawei, don't know which one he use) said , that the program is uncompatible with his phone. Does anyone has know, what can i do ?

Contact Huawei and ask them to follow normal procedures for updates?

Reset the phone to factory standard and reinstall all apps?

Tell the user to buy a non-Huawei phone?

Same on mate 20 pro. 

Play market just say that application is not compatible with your device. And :home center' is still not usable.

You can directly download the app from android.fibaro.com.

That worked for my P20 Pro.
