KeyFob + Alarm

Hi,
I have a problem with the KeyFob
I use a scene to configure the buttons and everything works.
My problem is with the alarm.
I use one button to activate the alarm scene and a second button to deactivate everything.
The problem is this: if I enter the house and forget to deactivate everything, of course the siren goes off and the sensors get alarmed. The keyfob at this point no longer responds and I can't deactivate the alarm via the scene. 
If I use the application, however, no problem.
What am I doing wrong?

make sure that the scene to turn off alarm has the option Do not allow alarm to stop scene while alarm is running

 

ticked.

also the keyfob scenes has the same option ticked.

i can confirm that the keyfob does work when alarm is triggered as i use myself
