communication problem

i have a double switch device from fibaro .. 
each 20 seconds its shown a communication problem then it connect again 
this problem comes each 20 seconds .

 

how i can fix this problem

Did you try mesh reconfiguration? Only on this device.

Check if the antenna is damaged or has some interference. Try to rearange.

Could be a range problem. How far is the device from the Homecenter?

but i think the problem from HCL .. its pad and the distance less than 2 meter with one wall between

Goto settings -> 16. Z-Wave look for

Reconfigure mesh network

choose device and reconfigure.

 

this forces the devices to find a new, maybe better communication path to the gateway.

Avoid reconfiguring the whole network at once.
