Hi!
New in this forum and new to Fibaro HC.
I’ve just bought a used HC2 that now is running with a nummer of z-wave devices. My recent system was a Telldus Znet Lite v2 and the reason for the switch of system is mainly that I like Fibaros UI and that HC2 has more possibilities.
My only problem is that I have a some 433mhz devices that I (if possible) want to keep. After some struggling I managed to to this with IFTTT but with huge delays and doesn’t seem to be reliable.
When searchning around for solutions I get hints of that it might be possible in other ways. The desired result that I want is buttons (on/off) in Fibaro HC UI that simply triggers devices on my Telldus. Is there a way to create virtual devices and with LUA trigger my 433mhz devices with API connection to my Telldus Live account? The idea is of course to keep the Telldus gateway as a secondary/parallell controller.
Primary I want to manage switches, dimmers and blinds but I also have sensors in fridges that would be great to get values from.
I realise there is z-wave alternatives for most of my old devices but it would be expensive to replace them all at once...
I’m totally noob when it comes to LUA but if there is a way to solve this it would be worth the effort to learn. Probably I’ve got 20 devices to replace...
