Button on the Android / Apple desktop

Since I am currently working on my fault and alarm program in HC3-LUA, I got an idea.

Is it possible to create a button on the Android / Apple desktop that can be used to trigger an action?

This would be ideal for switching sheep, disarming and clearing alarms.
