Controller reacts way to slow on next commands if internal Dimming is activated

Question

Dear Forum,

I just installed a nice RGBW Controller 2 in our Bathroom and included it into our Z-Wave Network.

Its working nice, except if you send more than one Command within around 10 Seconds, if transitiontime is > 0.

If I set the parameters 151 and 152 (transition times) to 0, its working like a charm and accepts every command directly and without a blink.
But by increasing the transition time to 1, the first command after a while of no communication is picked up directly, but than, for at least 10 Seconds, the device remains in that state and maybe it will pick up the next command, send "hours" before and decides to fade to that level... and so on and on, sometimes, even 10 minutes later, its suddently changing, but nothing was send in that moment.

It seems to me, that there is a bit of faulty internal processing?
Does somebody know a fix for this behavior or is it a faultconfiguration of the Network? (Is directly connected to the z-way hub).

Thanks for Helping and Greetings,
Maarten
