Device Without Templates

Hi,

 

I have a HCL running on version 4.130 with approx 25 devices. Over the last year or so, when adding new Fibaro devices, the devices add (sometimes on the second attempt) but don’t add fully. Every new device added adds with basic functionality and no template, I also get a whole host of devices/icons in the “unassigned” section.

Is this down to me not updating the firmware?? If any one can help that would be gratefully appreciated.

You are using an older version, I don't know if upgrading will help. Probably the best action is asking Fibaro themselves for support.  I have had several problems myself in the past which only Fibaro themselves could repair.

Thanks for the reply. I have contacted Fibaro this morning, hopefully they will come back with a solution.
