HCL Recovery Mode Offline?

I am in the process of moving my HCL to a HC2.

According to the instructions:

I have to put my HCL in recovery mode and do a recovery (Instructions are very unclear though).

Anyway on going in to recovery it says the HCL is Offline. Trying to activate the recovery obviously doesnt work trying to click on Yes.

Any suggestions are much appreciated!

Is there anybody with a solution? I have the same issue. I'm not be able to recover my HCL, my admin-account is gone, local accounts without admin rights working fine but i cant configure anything rightnow... 

 

Anybody a suggestion?

Press and hold the "+" button on the Home Center case:

    If the LED on the Home Center flashes quickly, it means that a static IP address is set (the default IP address is 192.168.81.1) .
    If the LED on the Home Center flashes slowly, this means that a dynamic IP address (DHCP) is set.

 

switch to normal address ip you must have internet to made migration

Thanks for your response, the HCL has been given the IP address 192.168.81.1. I also have internet but I will try tomorrow to give it a DHCP address maybe that will help.

 

I want to fully reset the HC but this seemingly only works with an internet connection. I bought the HC from someone and all the settings have to be changed.
Or do you know another way to do this?

yes because gate will download image and clean database from our servers
