Hi did anyone encounter the same problem?
All mobile app, google home and amazon alexa is not working with Fibaro since yesterday.

I am at Singapore.

 

"Connection failed. Please try again"

Same here. Couldn't connect from outside. No problem local. Fibaro ID authentication failed over the internet.

Hello. I have the same problem here. Over the weekend the remote access just stopped working. Anyone got it resolved yet ? I have raised a ticket and still waiting resolution.

another singapore user here... can use the mobile app but Alexa is no longer working since couple of days ago. Tried disabling the alexa skill and now can't enable it anymore lol... just keeps bringing me back to fibaro ID page...  app still working though

still unable to connect the app and allexa is not working for me too.

everything back to normal for us.. guess europe came back online from the weekend and resolve the issue...
