I have a issue when I press any button switch just 91.0 is modified and I can't verify which lights is on.

If I undersand correctly now it looks like device reports states only to "root" device - it should report state to specific channels.
Setting correct associations should do the trick - according to device manual.

    Then you have to figure out which channels you want to associate. It depends a little of the device. I do not know NeoCoolCam but it should follow the z-wave standard.

     

    If you do not want to learn about associations you could buy Fibaro switches. They will be configured correctly  during  the setup.
