This should work normally, are you sure that you checked "Add in security mode if device supports it:" ?

  • Hello and thanks for your fast answer.

I have just tried again because I was actually not sure which options I have tried and which ones not. So, I've set the polling time to 120 s and I had 2 options checked: "Device is located far from Home Center" (even if actually is 5 meters from it) and the "Add in security mode if device supports it". Then I have pressed the R button on YDM3168, entering the pin code, then selecting 3, then 1, then 80. After this the YDM3168 voice is telling "Press the controller registration button" and the # sign is blinking. Nothing is happening after. Only after some time I am getting the sound that the search is cancelled.

I think that I am doing something wrong but I don't know what.

  • I made it. It works now. I removed the batteries from the YDM3168 and I re-inserted the module. Something like a reset of the YDM. Now it works. Thanks for help!
