FGK-101 Can't Reset to Factory Defaults

bravesirrobbin

Question

I recently procured three of these FGK-101 sensors (ordered five of them previously and worked fine) and they will not register with the Z-Wave network.  I can't even factory reset them (tried about three different procedures from Google searches).

I give up and am returning these sensors unless someone can please provide a good reset procedure.  These sensors just blink about 30 times, then nothing, no matter what I do, same result.

I'm going to return these sensors and order Ecolink DWZWAVE2.5-ECO.

You want to register them, set the add device capability with your controller and place the battery.  Remove from network, remove the device capability with your controller, remove and replace battery...simple.

Same problem here. I have 5 door Sensors and can't reset to factory defaults.

What is the best procedure? On YouTube seems very easy, but its not working....
