Occasional Notification fail



Sometimes visitor presses my intercom and it starts chiming. I get email from Home centre so it must get notified. But sometimes I get absolutely no notification on iPhone? I will then test it and it works.


Anybody else have random notification fails?


When I go into recording history it will say 'declined a call' followed by 'missed call on front door'.


Fibaro support have suggested reset etc, but I've tried all and still the same....

hi.The same problem here, resetting doesn't help, you can change the settings to local or remote manually, but you have to remember about it every time you enter or leave the house.
