Fibaro RGBW Controller 2 Template

I've recently bought a Fibaro RGBW Controller 2 module and tried to add it to my Fibaro Home Center Lite (software 4.170). But the parameters won't show and reconfiguring does not help.
In the z-wave diagnostics tab it shows that: "Some of devices in your Z-Wave network do not have Z-Wave templates." This must be the RGBW Controller 2 module since I have no other modules added to it. It states I have to email Fibaro support to have them add a device template for this device.
Would I really need to email Fibaro to provide a device template for the Fibaro RGBW Controller 2 to be used with the Fibaro Home Center Lite?
Edit: after a reboot the HCL showed a new firmware is available...
