Question

Good morning a little problem on my hc2:
hc2 ver 4582 beta, positioned in the center of the house with a wi-fi signal repeater to give the lan connection, I use a static ip on the settings of the hc2 (192.168.1.20), but if I turn off the power it changes the address ip (192.168.1.238) is this normal?
Thanks
