HCL as slave

Recommended Posts

Hello forum.

I want to get one thing straight. What does a HCL in slavemode do if paired with HC3 master?

Can I place the HCL near devices far away from HC3, using a wired LAN cable - connect the far away devices to HCL and synchronize with HC3, to make the devices connected to the slave, appear ind the HC3 interface?

Best regards,

Troels

Hello Troels, If i understand correctly, the HCL Slave of HC3 should work similar a HCL being salve of HC2.

I Jus got experience configuring HCL as Slave of HC2. If anyone find something interesting about HC3 slave mode please share below.

Regards.

We do not know 100% for sure yet, that feature has been delayed... ETA 2021:

Thanks for update. Fortunately I do not need the Slave function, since the improved range of the HC 3 does the trick for me.
