QA: power monitor v1-pre

DeviceID - device what you wish to monitor, for example washing-machine connected via fibaro plug

threshold - value (and up) what I will thinking as device is running... 

customEvent - name of the customEvent. I will annonce wneh device is started ot stopped

notice: if you have a plan control more than 1 device this name should be uniq., otherwise you will can't undestand what device is reiggred

    @10der Nope, i just don't have device 1189 ?

    Ofcourse any non existing device gives: "YOUR DEVICE IS NOT SUPPORTED POWER!"
