Question

Hi, i have a problem on my new flood sensor. I'have already include in my controler since on month.

But now, i would like to reset it but when i press and hold the tmp button, i'have just the red light and after the green light and that's all.

In fact i want to include it on my new zwave network.

I try several solution: remove battery, click when the light is green, triple click but nothing works.

Could you please help me ?

Regards, Manu.

thanks for your answer but i reset the controller too before remove the flood sensor.

When i choose the include controller mode and tripple click to the tmp button, nothing happens.

No light and no sensor to include.

No light and no sensor to include.

First exclude the floodsensor (on any zwave controller)

    Then include the sensor
