Philips Hue bulb: How to read if it is blinking

I have an alarm system, which can set a Huw bulb to blinking in the case of alarm.

 

Now I would like to put on all lights in my house, when the Hue bulb is blinking.

The command     fibaro:getValue(HueDevice, "ui.onOff.value")    doesn't change its value when the bulb is blinking.

Is there any other command I can use?
