Lights scene in fibaro

Hi. I want too create a scene in my livingroom that is controlled by a momentary switch using the S2 output on a fibaro dimmer. When the lights are off and i press the switch i want all the lights in the livingroom to turn on, when the lights are on and i press the switch they will turn off. Is this possible without learning lua?
