Home Center all devices and scenes are gone after update to 4.590

Hi, i've updated to version 4.590 of HC2, but know all my devices and scenes are gone. The rooms are still in place. I also can't find the option add device and al my backups are not compatible... Any idea how to fix this?

Hi @rsiero,

Did you try clear browser cache?

Different browser, or private tab?

Otherwise disconnect from power, wait 5 minutes. Powerup again.

    Yes, i've tried several browsers, also in private / incognito modus. I will try a reboot

    Stupid question, are you sure you're logged in as admin?

    I've looked at that, but there is no admin user anymore. After updating i had to create an user with another username. There is no admin user anymore on the system. Can this cause the problem?

    Can't you login after the reboot with the original username and password? That wat you normaly used to login.

    After a reboot nothing happens. Stil only 1 user (no admin username), and no devices and scenes. But my motion detector does trigger light. Other Scenes are not working.

    I've made a new user after the upgrade, and this is not the default admin user. I'm thinking the new user haven't got the right permissions, and because there is no admin / admin account anymore i think thats why my devices and scenes are not listed.

     

    How do i solve this, how can i create a admin user? Does anybody know?

    Good to know : After the upgrade the admin user was lost on the system. Fibaro Support solved my problem remotely :)
