Upgrade went smoothly yesterday ... no issues till now.

As always, no problems with update. It remembers setting for front panel LED intensity now

Hi, i updated HC2 to 4.600.

 It hasn't been accessed remotely since I updated it, and the finder can't find it either.

I  can't restore to previous version because i can't download the installation file 

the third led does not light either

I can access it from the local network with the ip address

Upgrade wrecked havoc with my Amazon Alexa setup. All Fibaro devices were unresponsive. Had to roll back to 4.590.

Hello @Bari Zoltán . Did you write to Fibaro Support about this issue? I had the same problem, they performed a remote conecction through Open port of my router and fix this issue.

Started my upgrade an hour ago.  The HC2 just says "Updating" with the spinning circle.. After refreshing the browser it seems to have hung on "Please Wait Creating backup. Uploading backup to server".  Thoughts anyone?

 

UPDATE: A waited a while longer and had to push the power button. It restarted okay and and I could try again (after a clean reboot).  Took a while but came back to life.

Software Version: 4.600.

I'll do some testing and update this thread if I find anything.

This is how I do my upgrades and it never caused any problems.
 

Reboot HC

Make a back-up

Reboot system

Upgrade without back-up option

Automatic reboot

Make a back-up with the new firmware

Reboot system

Done

Time-consuming but effective.

Update wrecked my HC2

The software does not load entirely anymore with no means of rolling back because the backup option is no longer working. The Interface I get after the Recovery option is not working.

Is there a way to recover to 4.590?

Update went smooth on all my 3 HC2. Did update a week ago and till now didn't notice any problems. Also adding z-wave devices works OK.
