How about this:

1. Create a global variable called IsDay

2. Create a block scene that triggers at sunrise, and marks IsDay as value "1".

3. Create a block scene that triggers at sunset, and marks IsDay as value "0".

4. Create a block scene runs automatically, and checks for the condition IsDay=1 AND light = on. In which case it sets the light to off.

It will take up to a minute for the code to loop around and turn the light off.
