HC3 Door Window Sensor HELP

Hi All, Just purchased the Home Center 3, Got the Binary switches working well, struggling with Sonos and Lifex Lights but i am told there will be some good quick apps made soon. My issue is at the moment i cant add any door sensors to the HC3, I have reset them and tried from scratch, the Home Center 3 just wont find the sensor. any suggestions??

Hello

This is a little bit of information that you give there.
I use Fibaro, Philio and NEO-coolcam here that work just fine.
Resetting to factory settings and teaching everything is done.
Does your z-wave come up to where it is installed?
There are many possible errors in the battery, etc.
