Smart implant and alarm integration

Question

Posted

Hi

i am looking to integrate the fibaro smart implant in to my pyronix board so that when an alarm is triggered it informs my fibaro system. Could someone help me understand the wiring required?

I have attached the circuit board layout for my panel. I believe I have to use the option G connectivity as shown in the smart implant manual, but only the bit outlined.

    Hi @Martin_N

    I am not sure I followed the forumn you posted, I was expecting that I could just connect the 4 wires from the smart module directly in to the equivalent connection on the alarm circuit board, is this not possible?

    @Liquidchild

    Your attached schematic diagram shows the insertion of a SmartImplant between the detector and the alarm system center.
    I describe the procedure directly in point 4.
    Alarm system> Fibaro
    It is identical to your alarm system.
    PGMs are better for dry contact type, but you can also voltage type.

    Fibaro> Alarm system
    I describe in point 3.
    Look at the resistance value of the zone (input) balance.
