AeonLabs HEM gen 5 and TKB Home TZ79

Question

Posted

Good day,
within my HC2 I have an Aeon Labs Home Energy Meter gen 5 and I have recently added a TKB Home TZ79 switch module with power meter. After the addition of TZ79, Aeon Labs stopped the HEM gen. 5 Report Consumption, Volts and Amps. TZ79 reports only consumption, but completely meaningless values. Sample status below.
I tried everything:
- restore from backup before adding TZ79
- remove and add TZ79,
- remove and add HEM

None of this helped, thank you in advance for your help

Martin Rubes

Printscreen HEM gen. 5 - Current consumption was 2 KW, reported 0
