I can’t see the devices

Hi!

 

I cant’t see in the app the devices, only the sceenes and the alarm zones. The devices no.

What’s the problem? If I reboot the HC3, I see again. Yesterday I readded my phone, but random this problem again coming out. I am the superuser.

On my wife’s phone this is no problem, on she’s phone working fine.

 

Can somebody help me?

Maybe you don’t have favorites, because you haven’t used them from your mobile app yet. 
 

You can also override the favorites with the button on the top right. 
 

Did you give access to the devices ?

Of course. I am the superuser, and if I reboot the Hc3, I see again everything for a while.

 

I use the HC3 2 months ago, and working fine. This problem coming out a few days ago.

That is not much

 

(There is a difference between logon locally and logon with Fibaro ID, that is why I asked for the access)

What do you mean? In the Home Center app only use the Fibaro ID. It is not?

I use a dedicated user for the app, just like the other users in the household. You have to give acces to the devices and scenes. In the app I don't need all the devices and scenes. In the app you can logon locally and with the Fibaro ID. As admin I am a "superuser" but not in the app.
