Missinig scenes,

Hello, 

 

i tried everything:

 

- unlink account, link, one fibaro skill and both from amazon skill shop

- remove intergrations on HC2 account

- fw reset HC2

 

after each step - amazon discovered less and less scenes - at this momeent it is 11 from aprox 50. Name changes are not synced. Name stays in alexa.

 

Basically i did every imaginable step except throwing out of window

 

any ideas?

I faced that problem, so i did some testing and found out that Alexa will not recognize any Block scenes (didn't test Lua scene) that include control of the following, (virtual device, variables change, note send, incomplete scene).

 

to avoid that, create a very simple scene save it with the name of the complete scene you are planning to do, let alexa discover it and that will happen instantly in my case, after that do whatever changes to that scene including whatever you want and it will work.

 

for old scene you have to remove any type of control mentioned above and keep it complete scene a trigger and action, then let alexa discover it and return the scene to its normal.

i know thats very big issue but that the solution i found tell fibaro and alexa resolve the issue in the next hundred year

Just a question:  Reading your post how can i proceed to remove integration on HC2 account? Can you describe me the steps?
