Dimming lights controlled by a single Switch 2

I would like to be able to dim a light circuit using the dimmer supplied by the electrician, but turn the circuit on and off using the Fibaro Switch.  The electrician can supply a switch that does tap to turn on and off, and tap and hold to dim.  Can a Fibaro switch be include in this circuit and “ignore” the tap and hold?  Are there any other suggestions to achieve the same outcome?  Note that the lights in question are LED and a fixed unit, so I can’t install controllable bulbs.

Yes, you can put a fibaro switch in series with any type of dimmer. The electrician can wire it in.
