During restore appear Windows Backup that stays too long

Hello Tech Specialists,

I have reset my HC2 and sucessfully I have made a restore.

After the choise of restore appear a window named Backup with an icon named Cloud backup an another icon named Local backup.

I have tried to connect with anoter browser window and the restore apparently work fine.

Send the screen shot of the window.

Any suggestion.

most of us wil not download a docx, in case of harmfull macro's, virus etc
