HC2 Offline and no lan settings possible

Question

Hi,

after a system crash, the HC2 could not start (starting services). After a few restarts without success I tried to recover the HC2.

This worked without problems. The current version is now 4.580. But now, the status is "offline" and I can't change the lan settings (only loading page)!

The api interface also cannot load network settings.

What can I do? No Internet connection is possible!

Any suggestions?

  • Hi Tim_,

    yes I have already changed the IP address.

    I can access the interface from lan, but not from Internet.

    @diveng

    Perhaps @tinman has an idea. (else contact fibaro support, because there is something wrong within the firmware.)

    (i assume that the hc2 is NOT in dhcp mode? ifso, disable that)

  • @akatar no, the hc2 is in dhcp mode, because i changed the ip on my fritz.box. And the new IP works also.

    @tinman do you have an idea?

    if your Homecenter is in this state, why would you need it to be connected to internet?

    Shouldn’t you first solve the issue by local access?

  • @tinman I think  it's no problem with the fritzbox. I don't changed the settings on the fritzbox.

    @SmartHomeEddy the h2c works fine and i can change everything on the interface except internet access.
