curtain actuation lock

Please, could someone guide me with the following situation:
I use an HC2 and I have several curtains (controlled by roller shutter 2) that are triggered directly by a wall pulsator (1 click opens, another stops and another closes) my windows have sensors too (door / window 2) .... ..how I could cancel / block the command of the wall pulsator, if you click on it to close the curtains and the windows are open ..... which has already damaged curtains due to the wind. thank you
