Blinds/shutters - control working, but moving up, not working

GijsB

Question

Happy to see that blinds/shutters are now supported.

However, I have an issue that I can close them by voice command, but moving the up is not working. The voice command is actually recognized, and Google Assistant acknowledges and says it's moving them upwards, but nothing is happening.

On the Google Nest Hub it also shows the on-screen device controls when an open or close command is given with on-screen control buttons. (see attached image)

If the on-screen control, it does actually opens de shutters.

My system uses the Roller Shutter 2's and an Homecenter 2 with fw. 4.600.

I have the issue on all my shutters.

Any idea how to fix this?
