Is there any way I can get Fibaro to respond to my request to re-set my password?

I can log in initially with my registered ID but I am rejected trying to open the Home Centre Lite user interface. No response clicking the "lost Password" button. No reply from e-mail requests to Fibaro and telephone leaves you on hold indefinitely.

For security reasons, I do not think you can do this remotely. Log in locally with your PC and it should work to request a new password.

You can reset the password, but you will loose all your configuration (scene, VD...).

Any attempt to recover your backup will restore your "lost" password also.

    Unfortunately having logged in locally via my iMac the lost password button does not trigger the requested and promised email

    Solved my own problem purely by chance; re-set my access password, then requested “forgotten” password re-set for GUI interface which was this time responded to. Fibaro is a great system but seems to be let down by a Ismail customer service.
