LaMetric Clock starting Timer via API

Hello

I'm using the LaMetric Clock for notifications for 2 jears. Now i'm trying to start a 15 min. timer on the clock together with the preaheating of the espresso machine. 

 

I adapted the code from the LaMetric API description, but the clock do not react to the code:

duration	Integer	Optional. Time in seconds.
start_now	Boolean	Optional. If set to true countdown will start immediately.
