Question

Hello,
Please someone help me and explain how Scenes work. It's been 2 years of frustration for me working with Fibaro devices and the HCL and it seems it's still not working ok.
I want to know if it's me doing something wrong or it's simple Fibaro devices that are bad.
I have a third-party Alarm Siren, 2 Fibaro Door Sensors and want to set-up 3 scenes that work.
SCENE 1:
If one of the door sensors is armed and breached tigger the alarm siren.
Problems:
Sometimes when the door sensors are armed and I open the door the alarm siren doesn't go off.
I experienced this more often when I opened the door and closed it very fast (but not only). So I assumed the scene cronjob didn't triggered, or what else could it be?
Question 1: Why is my Alarm Siren not showing up in Magic Scenes, but it appears on Complex Scenes?
Question 2: How does the scene work? Are they on a "cronjob"? Then how often in seconds are they checked? Or how do they work? I am a programmer and I can understand a more detailed explaination.
Question 3: Provided the screenshot. What is wrong with my scene.
------------------------------------------------------------
SCENE 2:
If it's a working day (Mon-Fri) at 8:00am disarm the door sensors.
It works.
Question 4: In the "Scenes" section it says always that "1 Instance running", is this normal? For example on SCENE 1 there is no permanent instance running.
Question 5: If I trigger the scene manually using the "play" button the scene also works even if the hour is not the one mentioned, is this normal? Should it only execute at the specific date time is met in the condition?
------------------------------------------------------------
SCENE 3:
if it's 22:00pm arm the door sensors.
Problems:
Only Arm's one of the door sensors the one from the backdoor ('DS-B"). The one from the front door "Door-Motion-Sensor" does not arm.
I also tried changing the scene to "Force arm" the device, but still it doesn't work. The device shows up ok in the HCL panel. And also reports correctly the status/state. Battery ok too.
Later update:
I figure out something that is causing the issue, but I have no solution for it, I think it's a privileges bug with the mobile app.
The scene only fails and arms one sensor when I disarm the sensors from the iPhone Mobile App.
If I disarm them using the HCL Web UI or via SCENE 2, then it works. If I disarm them using the iPhone Mobile App then the scene fails and only arms 1 sensor.
Seems to me like the mobile app has "escalated privileges" vs. the scene making it stuck in the disarmed state/status.
But then why only 1 of the sensors if having this issue? And why on SCENE 2 when I disarm it I don't experience a similar issue?
Because SCENE 2 works in the same scenario, I don't think the sensor is faulty.
Question 6: Why is this happening? And what is the solution?
Notes:
* There is always 1 instance running.
* If I set the Max. Instance to 2 and use the scene "play" button still does not work. Does not arm the front door sensor, it only arms the backdoor sensor.
OTHER:
Maybe un-related but I need to mention that on the HCL diagnostics page the memory says it's used about 92%
Although I only have these 3 scenes set-up.
Please HELP, I am desperate.
