Smart Home Forum by FIBARO Team
I have purchased brand new Intercom, but I failed to start it up.
I tried 12V power then PoE. none of that cause any action of intercom, no LED, no BT reaction on my phone.
I have contacted Support, send it back to them, they send back as working but still the same problem.
is there any trick to make it working?
what I doing wrong?
