rgbw 2 with smartthings issues

adrianu

Question

Hello, i bought about 1 year and a half ago some rgbw controller 2 for my smartthings, everything went smooth and worked as expected, now i ordered 3 more 1 month ago and yesterday i wanted to install them.

I was surprised to find out nothing works as expected anymore, there are some kind of new versions with no attena and a QR  code on the back and they are completely broken with smartthings.

Transition between colors take about 1 minute, presets like police lights aren't working at all, i really can't understand what fibaro could have screwed up .

I tried manually changing parameter 151 and 152 to 2-3 seconds but nothing changes.

I tried both officially fibaro's firmware and some custom one

Can anyone from fibaro please test this and come with a solution?

I ain't doing anything wrong otherwise the older versions wouln't have worked either.
I'm really disappointed to waste my time like this for days after being happy with fibaro products so far.

I can't even returm them anymore since is over 1 month since i bought them.

Adrianu I have same problems - no compatibility with smartthings. Did you, perhaps, resolved it somehow in the meantime?
Best regards!
