Question

Posted

I have one external temp sensor for two rooms.

I get two different values for each room but like i said it's the same sensor.

Any ideas ?

Most likely you get one temp from the external sensor in one room  and one temp from the internal sensor of the heat controller in the second room.

That's what i tought as well but parameter 3 "optional temperature sensor connected and operational" is checked by both valves.

    Just to expand this question...

Is it ok to use temperature data from Motion sensor in the same room instead of FGBRS-001 sensor?

Hi Lode, this issue has been already reported 2 years ago. I use the same temperature sensor for 2 heat controllers. Even if they're assigned to the same room usually the controllers used to see a different temperature. The readings are pretty random so if you force it to resent a temperature reading several times in a minute you will get different values.

In addition the reading intervals for each controller are different.
