Scenes stop working periodically

I have a number of scenes that run on my HC2 and they sit idle with the status of Running Instance: 1 however on occasion they stop working and the the instance goes away. The only way I can fix them is to either restart the HC2 or turn the scene off and back on again. I have two different types 4 scenes in total. If one was to stop then they all stop can anyone see a fault in the code to stop them? I haven't been able to work out what makes them stop i just notice when my fan doesn't turn off after 10 mins or the lights constantly stay on so I go and restart them.
