Replacement connecting tails for Smart Implant

Does anyone know if it is possible to obtain replacement tails for the Smart Implant?

One damaged beyond recovery/repair

That connector is the wrong pitch so will not fit.

Found one which does fit with a little modification, you have to cut off the "clasp" part of the plug and 2 small lugs on the bottom of the plug, you can do this with a sharp craft knife, be aware that there are no orientation lugs on the replacement so care is needed to get the polarity correct, also all the wires are black, its not cheap but as the cable assembly is double ended you get 2 for the price.
