intercom does not work in the app

hello, I have installed the fibaro intercom at home for 1 year, but recently I can't access it on my iphone :( both at

con as in HC3 I can see. someone with the same problem?

I've already asked for help in supporting fibaro and so far nothing :(

Yes same problem!

 

Sometimes won't connect... restore to factory and works for a bit then fails again. Notifications don't always come through also...

 

Support never help....

Same problem with iOS 15 :-(

I have sometimes same problems…

 

What help me:

1. switch off intercom power

2. wait for 30s

3. switch on intercom power

4. restart HC3

 

Intercom is working again :)

 

What I would like to add is auto detection of this freezing via HC3 with automatic restarting of my unifi switch where is intercom connected incl. POE

make sure you guys use the remote connection .. not the local connection, as you won't receive push notifications on local connection.

Hi,

 

How did you solved the issue? I have now the same issue. After installing the Fibaro Intercom, it was working, but now since over a week I am getting the above connection error. I am able to access the Intercom via HC, but not via the Fibaro Intercom App due to the connection error message.

Appreciate if you can provide a solution for solving the issue.
