iPad Home Center app BETA

For anyone that doesn’t have received/requested a Testflight code to test the BETA Home Center iPad app, here are some screenshots.

 

It’s still beta so there are some (minor) issues compared to the existing iPhone app. It’s clearly visible that Fibaro just edited the existing app. There are features like haptic feedback and Apple Watch support while these options aren’t available on an iPad.

I also experience some lag when pressing something. When using the rooms tile view the order of devices is different, not the same as in list view and web UI (same issue in iPhone app).
 

I have passed these findings on to Fibaro

The link is missing because it was no longer valid. The amount of applications that we received just within the first week went beyond our wildest dreams.

This was of course great news for us, but there are limits when it comes to the overall number of testers that can participate in the project.

 

Although you won't be able to participate in the early Access program, it won't be long before you can try out the actual app

Release date is unknown.

It took them 2 years to convert the app so it can be used with an iPad. When they are considering an Apple TV app,  come back over 10 years?

I have beta on iPhone only, so for me it was to check some thermostat related features. Can't wait to get my hands on tablet version for LD Player (Android emulator).

I'm glad they did that. Unified app on phone and tablet is beeter from users point of view.

to justify myself :

 

I would have appreciated to customize the home page like cameras, QA (like VD on the old version). the graphics are outdated and the icons are small, possibility of changing the theme icons (temperatures, consumption, ...), will there be the presence of graphics such as electricity consumption ???
the large screen does nothing for the phone version. The iPad version of the old version has largely contributed to the success of the home center 2: detailed graphics with a very nice presentation (weather forecast for example), with a small dose (but not enough) of customization with the home page (possibility of adding cameras on the Android version, VD ...); there it is hollow and soulless (only a selection of "favorites" ?) while it is still the showcase to sell the home center 3.

 

I remain disappointed.

I also found the interface a little more pleasing - I have a suggestion that would be quite easy to implement ?

Today the beta expired. I expected the final release, but can’t find it. Am I missing something?
