Connection with Google home lost after adding new devices

Question

Hello!

I have a HC2, ver 4.600 with about 70 units. After adding a couple of "Fibaro Single Swith" it was not possible to synchronize with Google home anymore. After a lot of tries I decided to remove Fibaro account from Google home and reconnect. Also the disconnect failed everytime i tried. Waited for a day and tried several times, suddenly I managed to remove the Fibaro connection. Now when I try to reconnect to "Fibaro Smart Home" account after entering login username/password it says "Linking Fibaro smart home account" and then after 10 seconds it just terminates and shows the current list of linked account again.

What to do?

Best regards, Mikael

Hi,

I had the same problem. I unlinked the FIBARO Smart Home account, then connected it again and it helped me. If you do this, you have to setup devices names and routines in the Google Home app again. Maybe it is enough to clear Home app cache and/or storage on your phone/tablet.

I hope this will help you.

Kind regards,

dd
