Push notification to one of two phones of the same model?

Is there a way to see the difference between two Android phones of the same model when creating scenes that should send a push notification to only one of them? In the block scene editor I got two phones to choose from, botrh of the same model.

I have changed the names of our iPhones on the iPhone itself. This name is now also visible in HC.

    For Androids it seems that the model is used as identifier in HC, not the name that can set on my phone. Changing model is of course not possible,
